	ReMember Institute created this course for teachers, coaches, counselors, and spiritual guides. AND, this transformative work is beneficial to all people who are racialized as white. This work offers the opportunity to begin the lifelong process of shifting away from the conditioning of white supremacy, white privilege, and all of the ways these mentally and psychologically deter you from the pursuit of your desire to be a positive contribution to humanity and the planet. 	Heal Thyself offers a deeply immersive journey that shifts the participant student into a heightened state of awareness of their own conditioning, and educates the student on the impact of thousands of years of imperialism, cis-heteropatriarchy, white supremacy, capitalism, classism, and other socially engineered oppressive paradigms, with the intent that the participant might have a comprehensive understanding and awareness of why this paradigm is so challenging to shift.

	This university-quality course is a 6-week intensive with daily content and discussion, requiring approximately 30 minutes per day. The course also includes a weekly 3-hour live Zoom session featuring Master Teachers who identify with one or more marginalized groups. These weekly live sessions offer lectures and talks that include topics such as:
	A 15,000-year history of race Metaphysical practices and thought technologies that increase self-awareness, integrity, and interpersonal skills The impact of white supremacy on humanity Patriarchy and capitalism White feminism and womanism Tools for grounding and empathy Gender identity Ableism Institutional oppression and western economies The not so subtly hidden oppression of common descendants of white Europe The nuances of navigating conversations about race And so much more!
